• In batches of four, you’ll send us your episode recordings along with a simple worksheet we’ll design custom for you that gives us everything we need to complete the episode postings

  • These will be processed in batches so we can leverage economies of scale, which keeps costs down and gets you more “bang for the buck”

  • We’ll add your intro, outro, and commercial files, and take care of any simple edits you specify on your worksheet (such as “the guest’s mic cut off at about minute 27 for two minutes, then I re-asked the question, so cut-and-splice there”)

  • Using AI filters, we can easily and dramatically improve the sound quality – so if you, like me, record on a $30 headset using your laptop, we can raise the audio quality to “NPR Level” using our process

  • With these changes done, we’ll render the final high-quality MP3 and MP4 files

  • We also create the “covers” for your episode postings on YouTube and for you and your guests to use to promote the episodes

  • Then, we post the episodes to your podcast website, your video channel, and one post each to your social networks that we have access to

  • Using the schedule you determine, we’ll pre-load them to go live at the correct dates and times

  • When the episodes go live, we’ll give your guests their promotional graphics as well as a swipe file to use to promote the episode to their opted-in e-mail list and their social media
